The Central Campus is divided into two sections.

The Central North Campus between Imjin and Blanco roads can support a range of parcel sizes from approximately one to six acres that allow Commercial Mixed-Use (CMU) development.

The Central South is targeted for intermediate-sized parcels of approximately 10 acres that allow a mix of Research and Development (R&D) and Commercial Mixed-Use (CMU) development.
