The UC
MBEST Center Master Plan provides detailed guidelines
for the development of 4.4 million square feet
of built space on 437 acres of land (with a reserve for an
additional 47 acres of land for future planned development.
It also sets forth broad management parameters for the 605-acre
Fort Ord Natural Reserve.
A set of tenant
selection criteria also help ensure that the site will
be developed as planned.

Future development will be carried out in four
phases.
