More
than $17 million has been funded
to minimize pre-development risks
and maximize return on investment (see
below) thanks in great part to the cooperative efforts
of the Fort Ord Reuse Authority and the City of Marina.
Physical
improvements within and immediately surrounding the UC MBEST
Center include full roadway and utility access, including
fiber optic capability available to approximately 50 acres
of developable land.
The Development
Partner's investment on these lands need be little more than
the construction and operation of buildings and installation
and maintenance of landscaping on roadways within the UC MBEST
Center.
A table
and map provides detailed
information about the completed and proposed improvements
for the UC MBEST Center.
