|
Professional Biographies Graham Bice, Managing Director Mr.
Bice has overseen preparation of the UC MBEST Center Master Plan, permitting,
initial infrastructure development, real estate transactions, and property
management. Before joining MBEST, he was responsible for campus planning
and environmental review at the UC Santa Cruz campus. He has a Master's
degree in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a B.A.
in Environmental Planning and Economics from UC Santa Cruz. Barbara
A. Moore Ms.
Moore joined the MBEST team in 1999. She is central to the daily operations of the
project and is the critical communications “hub” for the distributed
MBEST team. Ms. Moore also assists with the preparation and submission
of financial documents and grant proposals, works in conjunction with
our facilities management and maintains our extensive database. |
